You acknowledge and agree that IDAP must conduct all necessary checks according to the applicable AML regulations, in particular but not limited to Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, before allowing you to use our Services.

Additionally, in case of a participant’s violation, IDAP reserves its legal rights.
